DataSource for Exchange

I found some reports for exchanges.
Now I need to create a Datasource.
Does anyone know how to find the
exchange server name?
exchange login name?
exchange login password?
once I have a working datasource These reports should work.

Sr. Software Consultant|||Hi EMartinez, Thank you for the input. I did install the ManagementPack.exe
and it did stay it was installed but I cant find it on my computer! When I
try to reinstall the ManagementPack.exe but it state that it is installed.
IS this a stand alone programm? or is this a service? Do I have to find a
program to us this?
