a) Can the two classes, DataminingQueryBuilderControl and DataMiningLiftControl , be used and distributed by an ISV?
b) If Yes to a), can you show a demo on how to use them?
c) What is required for the IServiceProvider parameter so the Initilize will work?

These classes are for internal use only. Actually it is not very difficult to implement similar classes in your application. We did it for Excel add-ins.
